SellLink provides a transaction utility that allows individuals to:

• List preloved items
• Generate shareable item links
• Receive payments through integrated providers

We are not:

• A marketplace operator
• A party to the transaction
• A guarantor of item quality
• An escrow service (unless explicitly stated)

Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• List items honestly and truthfully
• Not engage in fraud or misleading behavior
• Comply with applicable laws

Sellers are responsible for:

• Item authenticity
• Item condition accuracy
• Delivery arrangements
• Communication with buyers

Users may not:

• Sell illegal goods
• Sell counterfeit products
• Engage in payment fraud
• Manipulate transaction records
• Abuse or exploit system vulnerabilities

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

We charge a success fee per completed transaction.

• Fees are calculated as a percentage of the sale price.
• Fees may be deducted automatically via payment providers.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Fee structure may change with prior notice.

Payments are processed by third-party providers.

We are not responsible for:

• Payment delays
• Bank processing errors
• Provider outages

Payment disputes must be handled directly between buyer and seller unless otherwise specified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
• We are not liable for item quality or condition.
• We are not responsible for delivery issues.

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees collected for the transaction in question.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Misuse the platform

We may remove listings without prior notice if necessary.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.

By listing items, users grant us a limited license to display content on the platform.

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

We may terminate accounts if necessary to protect platform integrity.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
